Spring/Summer 2018

 WELs2 workshop Spring/Summer 2018

This year’s workshop will focus on work with UNL water scientists from 3-4 different research projects to analyze actual hydrologic data from Nebraska and develop related, novel instructional materials for your classrooms. Please see attached.  Here are some key elements for next summer's program:

  -a 5-day total commitment from you

-online/virtual materials available in the spring (April-May) to be completed at your own pace

-3-day face-to-face workshop at Nebraska Innovation Campus in Lincoln (June 12-14, 2018)

-$1000 stipend for completion of the workshop (everyone)

-option to complete the workshop for 3 UNL graduate credit hours of SCIL 800 - Experiential Learning in Food, Energy and Water Systems II at a REDUCED TUITION RATE
